Mr. Lube has been named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for 2012 by professional services firm Deloitte for its ability to create sustainable growth, expand market share and maintain corporate health in a challenging industry landscape.
“We’re incredibly honoured to be recognized by Deloitte in this way,” says Stuart Suls, Mr. Lube Canada’s president and CEO. “We’ve worked hard over the past several years to strengthen our culture and business practices, and it’s gratifying to be recognized for the work our entire company has put in to ensure our franchisee family is successful.”
The Canada’s Best Managed Companies business award program was established in 1993 to recognize excellence in Canadian-owned and managed companies with revenues more than $10 million. Each year, hundreds of entrepreneurial companies compete for this designation.
The program focuses on:
● recognizing overall business performance and sustained growth;
● recognizing the efforts of the entire organization; and
● measuring more than financial performance.
“We certainly could not have gotten to this point without the ongoing engagement of our entire network,” says Suls. “We are fortunate to have the opportunity to learn and to integrate knowledge and best practices from our franchisees, partners and suppliers to continually improve our business.”
The award will be presented to Mr. Lube at the Canada’s Best Managed Companies Gala on April 16 in Toronto. For more information, visit www.canadas50best.com.
