This is the 11th acquisition in the last 42 months for The Dwyer Group and brings its total number of consumer brands to 20 and system-wide sales to more than US$1.7 billion.
Real Property Management franchisees serve rental units, including single-family homes, townhouses, condominiums, multiplexes and small apartment buildings, that lack on-site management. The franchisor finds and screens tenants, completes lease agreements, collects rent and arranges repairs.
“For more than 30 years, thousands of owners and investors have trusted us to take care of their rental properties,” says Lukas Krause, Real Property Management’s former CEO and current brand president. “I am confident that under the guidance and leadership of The Dwyer Group, this organization will continue to grow and provide great franchise opportunities for prospective and current entrepreneurs.”
