Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Baskin-Robbins has launched its first Canadian online ordering platform for its growing cake business.
The online ordering site (order.baskinrobbins.ca) offers selection and personalization of cakes and pre-packed ice cream.
“Buying a cake has always been a fun experience,” says Natalie Joseph, spokesperson for Baskin-Robbins in Canada. “Throughout the development process [of the online ordering platform] with Tillster, we were absolutely determined to keep it that way with our online site–and I do believe we’ve achieved that. We’ve made sure it’s rich in images, descriptions, and personalization. I’m sure it will be as enjoyable as it is practical.”
The site allows guests customization from the flavour of cake or ice cream, design elements, and special message requests which then go directly to their shop of choice for onsite preparation and packaging.
