Ice cream franchisor Baskin-Robbins Canada has presented a cheque for $25,000 to Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada.
This was made possible through its ‘Make it Amazing’ campaign, held this summer at participating locations countrywide. Now in its third year, the annual campaign invites guests to make their ice cream scoops ‘amazing’ by choosing a dipped or fancy waffle cone followed with their choice of fun toppings.
For each scoop sold, the brand contributed $0.31 to Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada to support the organization’s out-of-school programs and services.
“We’re ever grateful to our franchisees and guests for their support of our community partners,” said the company’s spokesperson, Natalie Joseph. “As a former member of Boys and Girls Club, it means a lot to contribute to the growth and expansion of existing programs that benefit the youth and communities we serve each year.”
