Digital is the priority for KFC Canada

Over the last number of years, KFC Canada has been making digital a priority, from restaurant back-of-house efficiencies to ordering.

With more than 600 restaurants across Canada and online sales continuing to be an exponential growth area for the brand, speed to insights is critical to becoming an agile business.

“In our business, the ability to drive value and quickly adapt to changes is critical to optimizing various aspects of our business,” said KFC Canada chief financial officer Reza Kouhang. “The rich and contextual decision capabilities in Manthan make it easy for our business to know and respond to these opportunities so our consumers can access our products faster than ever before.”

KFC is looking to gain deeper insights across all aspects of its restaurant business, including inventory, operations, ecommerce, guest experience, customer voice, marketing and customer relationship management, audit and compliance, and associate training and productivity.
