The restaurants offer fresh meals in environmentally friendly packaging. Hopscotch, which was founded by brothers Wyatt and Aiden Booth, recently partnered with Fransmart to help grow the brand.
“When we were university students, my brother and I saw a void of restaurants offering a health-conscious menu made with locally sourced, sustainable ingredients, so we were inspired to create one,” says Wyatt. “Teaming up with a global franchising company will allow us to create a community of passionate food lovers like us, who can expand the concept in major Canadian and U.S. markets.
Hopscotch works with local chefs to create bowls, parfaits, loaded toasts, salads and smoothies. It offers vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free dishes.
