Today, McDonald’s and Uber Eats are encouraging customers to enjoy a ‘Global McDelivery Night In.’
The event emphasizes restaurants orders which are placed at home. McDonald’s has partnered with Drake General Store for the third annual campaign.
Further, the company has created a line of apparel and accessories which include a plush, loungewear, socks, slippers, games, and more. 100 per cent of the proceeds from all campaign items sold will go to supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada.
“With McDelivery we’re meeting our customers on their terms, and providing more ways to get their McDonald’s favourites than ever before,” said McDonald’s Corp.’s president and CEO, Steve Easterbrook. “Globally, there are more than 10 McDelivery orders placed every second.”
