“What appealed to me about Quesada is it aligned with my lifestyle,” says Surani. “When I was searching for a franchise, it was at a time when I was making a change to live and eat better. I ate a lot of burritos and Quesada’s food had a kick others in the category lacked.”
“We deliver on a growing consumer desire for fresh and healthy menu options, but Mexican-inspired flavour ultimately defines everything we do,” says Steve Gill, founder of Quesada. “Franchisees recognize our made-from-scratch approach stands out in the clutter of quick-service restaurants (QSRs) in Canada. At the same time, they can buy a location for a fraction of the cost compared to others in the Mexican food category.”
Quesada plans to double its number of locations to 200 by 2020.
