Subway, Ayden to introduce customer-centric payment experience

Adyen will support the franchise and its owners in creating a simpler and more customer-centric payment experience in restaurants, online, and through the company’s app.

“Our goal remains the same—to provide guests with a world-class and seamless restaurant experience,” said the franchise’s chief information officer, Mike Macrie.

The single-platform system brings simplicity and scalability through a single integration, so brands can deliver a consistent customer experience in places they operate.

In addition to making it easier to add new restaurants, markets, or regions, the payment platform offers:

  • Automated franchisee on-boarding;
  • A dashboard that includes easy reconciliation of all payment methods, refunds, and terminal fleet management;
  • Support for preferred payment methods, including in-app, terminals, mobile wallets, local payment methods, gift cards, loyalty systems, auto detection of foreign language preferences, and;
  • Single data view and shopper insights across all channels, which includes revenue by channel, franchisee, or restaurant.
