Weavers has been with Wendy’s for 30 years. She was applauded for her management approach, which includes creating operation plans each day, coaching teams to do their best and starting every day with a smile. She is often in the dining room creating an inviting atmosphere and interacting with customers, whom she always puts first. Her daughter Cassie made the Top 200 GMs list for her leadership, performance, dedication and continuing service to the brand.
