Free to download for Google Android or Apple iOS, the app gives users access to more than 1,100 workouts, which they can filter by fitness level, activity type and accessible equipment. They can save their favourite workouts, document reps and weight used and set goals. The app is linked to members’ profiles and key fobs, so it also provides gym use information, integrates workout statistics and tracks steps taken, calories burned and consumed and active minutes.
“When you want to start on a path to a healthier place, a common hurdle is not knowing where or how to begin,” says Anytime Fitness’ CEO, Chuck Runyon. “In developing our new app, our goal was to boost members’ confidence by giving them the tools and know-how, with a vast library of workouts to choose from, as well as guidance and support to achieve their goals.”
