Baskin-Robbins is partnering with Netflix to offer exclusive web television ‘Stranger Things’ menu items and ice cream flavours.
“Like millions of people around the globe, we’ve been watching the show over the past two seasons and are happy the producers have taken a serious liking to ice cream in upcoming episodes” said the company’s representative Natalie Joseph. “Our flavour experts have also embraced this partnership and come up with some seriously delicious ice cream and treats.”
The two flavours include ‘Eleven’s Heaven,’ a waffle cone-flavoured ice cream with chocolate-coated sugar cone pieces and a flavoured ribbon, and ‘Upside Down Pralines,’ an ice cream with pecans and a special decoration.
Additionally, the company is introducing new flavours such as:
- Upside Down Sundae;
- Demogorgon Sundae;
- Byers’ House Lights Polar Pizza Ice Cream Treat;
- Elevenade Freeze; and
- Red sprinkle fancy waffle cone.
Collectable items include the Steve Harrington Scoops Ahoy Funko-Pop figurine, ’80s inspired magnets and stickers, and four fresh-pack containers.
“We wanted to give fans a taste of the new season and are thrilled to partner with Netflix to give customers an experience straight out of Hawkins, Indiana,” said vice-president Carol Austin. “Our activities in June are just the beginning. Expect this partnership to come to life in even more ways in July.”
