The 2,500-square-foot restaurant seats 50 people and is constructed of recycled and sustainable materials, has light-emitting diode (LED) illumination and uses eco-friendly packaging. Blaze Pizza’s interactive kitchen allows patrons to customize signature pizzas or build-their-own. The open-flame oven cooks the artisanal pizzas in three minutes.

The company is looking to expand into British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
