Focusing on fresh ingredients, The Chopped Leaf’s menu features build-your-own salads and wraps, soups made from scratch, brown rice bowls, gluten-free and meat-alternative options and healthy kids’ meals. The restaurant also offers catering and online ordering services.
“We keep it simple and stick to our values to fuel active lifestyles, while still offering delicious meals that appeal to everyone,” says Anna Datri, the franchise system’s vice-president (VP) of marketing and communications. “Our food offers little to no preservatives and a holistic approach to healthy eating and fitness.”
The Chopped Leaf currently has 55 franchises across Canada and the U.S. Each new franchise will hold grand opening celebrations later this month.
