Food-franchise system Cora Breakfast and Lunch has unveiled its first location in British Columbia’s North Vancouver municipality.
The restaurant, which is part of Cora’s nationwide expansion plan, marks the 10th location for the province.
The breakfast chain will host a grand opening for the franchise on May 8, with company founder Cora Tsouflidou in attendance. The celebration will be marked with a ceremonial ‘egg-cracking,’ during which the restaurant’s first omelette will be made.
Headquartered in Sainte-Thérèse, Que., there are more than 130 Cora locations across Canada. The company expects to open an additional 10 restaurants by year end.
