Giant Tiger Stores Ltd., has launched its fall campaign, ‘See Yourself Saving.’
This fully integrated project has touchpoints across all marketing channels and showcases the brand’s promise of savings for Canadian families with quality merchandise.
The campaign began with a soft launch across digital and print mediums in late September with the highlight being new commercials which aired on Oct. 2 on specialty TV channels, and online. The ads feature everyday customers on the hunt for their ideal savings, with each character portraying a unique shopping style that aspires to resonate with the brand’s current clients and entice new consumers.
A first for Giant Tiger was the store setting for this commercial. The ad was shot in one of its locations in Mississauga, Ont., with the end slate showcasing actors as well as Giant Tiger staff.
The themes and creative treatments used in the commercial are used in the company’s other marketing channels—from flyer creative, and in-store signage to social media content, and digital. An influencer campaign was also developed that sees brand ambassadors celebrating their shopping personas with many of their posts featuring the inside of franchise stores.
