Mary Brown’s Chicken and Taters is offering customers the chance to win a trip to the East Coast in recognition of its 50th anniversary.
The Canadian quick-service restaurant (QSR) kicked off a national contest, complete with grand prize trips to the brand’s hometown of St. John’s, Nfld., as well as in-store promotions throughout the year.
Company president Hadi Chahin credits Mary Brown’s longevity to the hard word and commitment of its dedicated franchisees.
“They are at the heart of our brand and bring the brand to life in communities across Canada,” he said.
Headquartered in Markham, Ont., Mary Brown’s has about 160 locations across Canada. In anticipation of its milestone anniversary, the franchise system underwent significant rebranding, including a reimagining of its logo and renovations to its restaurants.
