Zelko (pictured, left) has 20 years of experience in the financial sector as an employee at one of Canada’s largest banks. She began her search for a franchise numerous years ago, looking for the right fit for her lifestyle and personality. With three children at home, she wanted a business that allowed flexibility, was rewarding to both her and her family, satisfied her ambitious personality and would benefit from her past experience as an executive at the bank. She came across Plan Ahead Events online and decided it was a business she could relate to, since she had enjoyed and excelled at organizing events with the bank.

Pelletier (pictured, right) has more than 20 years of experience as a consultant. She began looking for her own business more than three years ago.
