Canadian gym-goers will soon have a new, unique way to exercise.
California-based fitness franchise system Row House is set to open its first Canadian studio in Toronto this summer. The brand specializes in low-impact, high-energy indoor rowing workouts.
The new location will be operated by co-franchisees Steven and Elena Gliosca.
“We are excited to bring the indoor rowing revolution to Canada with our Toronto studio,” said Elena. “As our city’s busy fitness scene continues to shift toward boutique offerings, we know the population is going to fall in love with this well-balanced, structured, and efficient workout.”
Founded in New York in 2014, Row House has 16 locations across the U.S., plus an additional 200 territories sold.
“Demand for this groundbreaking concept is incredibly high right now,” said Ramon Castillon, company president. “For Canada, we expect to see a trajectory of growth similar to what has occurred in the United States.”
