Ruth’s Chris celebrates grand re-opening

Ruth’s Chris Steak House’s Toronto Hilton Hotel location recently celebrated its grand re-opening.

This is the brand’s first Canadian location with DesignAgency overseeing renovation of the 625-m2 (6727-sf) restaurant. There are private function rooms for events and special occasions, with a warm setting and are fully equipped with audiovisual (AV) equipment, including built-in TV and internet access.

“Our restaurant at the corner of Richmond Street and University Avenue is in a prime location within walking distance to downtown Toronto’s top tourist attractions and transit centres. The  renovation reflects the modern and upscale environment of the area,” said co-franchisee David Duke. “We also have an extensive bar and lounge area serving prime steaks, fresh seafood and poultry (halal and vegan), with a variety of side dishes, desserts, and an award-winning wine list.”

Co-franchisee Lana Duke added: “We are excited to re-open this vital location to our customers. We always want our franchises to reflect the local community they’re in, while still delivering the consistent quality and service for which we are known for.”
