Summer and fresh food go hand-in-hand, and the opening of The Chopped Leaf’s newest location in St. Catharines, Ont., comes at the perfect time.
Owner Harcharan Singh is thrilled to bring wholesome and delicious options to the community and inspire people to feel good after they eat.
Singh was attracted to the brand for its focus on nutritious food, and he believes flavour should not be sacrificed when making healthier choices.
“I decided to open a Chopped Leaf because after working with Sysco Foods in 2015, I recognized the increase in food orders per week from restaurants focusing on quality, nutritious food. I was enticed by The Chopped Leaf’s menu that focuses on these fresh ingredients,” Singh explained.
The restaurant officially opened June 22 at 295 Fourth Ave. in St. Catharines.
From vegan and vegetarian to kid friendly and gluten-friendly options, The Chopped Leaf’s menu includes fresh and customizable salads, bowls, wraps, and soups.
