St-Hubert and Chocolats Favoris, have put together a new dessert available by take-out menu and through the new parking service across Quebec, as well as in most rotisserie dining rooms.

The Chocolats Favoris dessert is a layer cake with chocolate and salted dulce de leche cream topped with salted caramel popcorn and topped with a creamy sugar sauce and a chocolate coulis.

The association between St-Hubert and Chocolats Favoris, which has experienced strong growth in recent years, was a natural segue to the creation of this original recipe. This approach is also part of St-Hubert’s plan to support local businesses by making products from Quebec brands available in its restaurants, as it recently did with Vignoble l’Orpailleur and Romeo’s Gin.
