Fast-casual restaurant chain CaliBurger has entered the Canadian market this year with both its first corporate store in Waterloo, Ont., and its first franchise in Vancouver, serving up Southern California-style burgers (fresh, never frozen), chicken sandwiches, hand-spun shakes and fresh-cut fries from an open-concept kitchen—along with innovative in-store technology.
