McDonald’s Canada has partnered with WestJet to serve McCafé coffee on board its entire fleet of Boeing 737NG and 767NG aircrafts. The first flight to serve the premium roast coffee was on Nov. 21 from Toronto to Calgary.
Tim Hortons has selected five markets across Canada to test Three Peak Colombian, its first single-origin roasted coffee. Franchises in Abitibi, Que., Saint John and Moncton, N.B., and Sudbury and North Bay, Ont., will test the new premium coffee for eight weeks.
Convenience store franchisor 7-Eleven Canada wants its customers to share their relationship statuses on its special Valentine’s Day coffee cups. From February 12 to 14, 7-Eleven stores across Canada will serve coffee in customized cups branded with either ‘Single,’ ‘Taken’ or ‘It’s Complicated.’
McDonald’s Canada is now bringing its packaged McCafé coffee to the shelves of major grocery stores across the country. The new product line, representing a partnership with Kraft Canada, includes ground coffee and single-serve formats compatible with both Tassimo and Keurig machines.
