We knew introducing a restaurant into a market with little to no brand recognition would be difficult, but our love for the concept (and the food) made the choice a no-brainer!

Four co-franchisees opened Winnipeg’s first Mr. Mikes SteakhouseCasual restaurant on June 25 at Linden Ridge Shopping Centre. The franchise is the third for Manitoba, as the brand continues to expand its presence across Western Canada. Mr. Mikes SteakhouseCasual has opened its 13th Alberta franchise in the small town of High River, under co-franchisees Tricia and Mike Bliss.

Mr. Mikes SteakhouseCasual is opening its 13th British Columbia franchise in Vernon on Mar. 6. Mr. Mikes now has 38 franchises across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. It hopes to open 60 more in the next 10 years.
